• Usage logs (non-personal): Anonymous logs related to feature usage (e.g., how often the summarize function is used), which help us improve the product.

We do not collect or store any personally identifiable information unless explicitly required and disclosed.

2. How We Use the Information

We use collected data solely for the following purposes:

• To generate AI-based suggestions (reply, draft, summarize).
• To personalize your experience.
• To improve extension performance and user satisfaction.

When you interact with the extension (e.g., click "Summarize"), the relevant email content is securely transmitted to our AI API server for processing. This communication is performed via HTTPS and returns a summary or suggestion in real time.
